I arrived to pickup my order yesterday and had my daughter go in to see if it was ready. She came back to the car and said that she was told you all were running behind and that it would be another 30-35 minutes. We waited and noticed cars who drove up after us we getting their orders. I went inside and told them I had an online order and that I was still waiting. The young lady, bringing out the orders, noticed that my order was still taped to the front counter and that it never made it to the back to be filled. I was then told that you were out of the chicken and jalapeño boudin balls. I requested a refund but they said it could not be done so they offered me the option of getting the seafood one. I accepted it. Went back outside and had to wait even longer to get my order. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. I waited over an hour to get my order.
This was my first time visiting this location. I visited the other location on MLK once before and received service a lot faster. Despite the long wait, we did enjoy our food. Your workers were polite and apologetic once they realized their mistake.
Just wanted you to know so that you know what to work on in terms of training and your process of taking orders.
